Together with the California League of Conservation Voters, PAJE Consulting will host a “CA and the UN” Workshop taking place in advance of the August 23-September 3 United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) discussions about the NEW draft Post-2020 Global Biodiversity Framework. The Workshop will be on Monday, August 16 from 4-6pm.

As a CBD “Observer,” California has the opportunity to contribute our input to the CBD and influence the direction and ambition of the Framework at a time when we are increasingly seeing the vital connections between our local and global challenges.
We will discuss the new draft Framework and work on recommendations to share with the CNRA for California’s contribution. We will also hold an Advance Information Session for more detailed background on the Convention on August 12 at 4pm.
