Join Me in Standing Together for Reproductive Rights, Health & Justice on Thursday, January 21!

On Thursday night, January 21, we’ll celebrate the 43rd anniversary of Roe v Wade and gear up for another year of working hard to protect and expand women’s access to the full range of reproductive health care options — including abortion. I’m helping to produce and curate this event, and you can learn more about it HERE.

The National Council of Jewish Women, Los Angeles is partnering with organizations from across LA and the nation to celebrate the 43rd anniversary of the landmark decision that ensured the right to abortion in the United States: Roe vs. Wade. At a time when access to abortion and ALL reproductive health services is under threat, we are standing together for reproductive rights, health and justice.

“In Our Own Words: Standing Together for Reproductive Rights, Health & Justice” is a night of powerful storytelling and taking action. Join us as some of L.A.’s best storytellers share their own stories on stage, making us laugh and cry, and challenging us as we engage in real time advocacy to stand together for reproductive rights, health, and justice.

The evening includes receptions before and after the readings featuring wine, hors d’oeuvres, and desserts. These gathering periods are an opportunity for our guests to collaborate, take action, and share what reproductive rights, health, and justice mean to each of us-in our own words!
