Radio Commentator and Author Adolfo Guzman-Lopez Speaks with Students for Literature for Life

Ninth grade English students at West Adams Prep High School studied the poem “Vine a Los Angeles” by Adolofo Guzman-Lopez, author and KPCC radio commentator. We were proud to recently host Adolfo for a visit to the school and talk with the students. This is part of Literature for Life’s ongoing program to publish works by local authors, design curriculum for high school students to study their work, and bring the authors into classrooms to speak with the students. We’re excited to host more author visits this semester.
